- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ By Unhappy customerFebruary 05, 2025Very poor quality jewellery at very expensive prices. The diamonds fall out of the settings and cant be replaced as the settings are faulty. Was sold a ring that was described as 18ct gold and aquamarine and upon testing turned out to be 9ct gold and blue topaz, a much cheaper product. When I returned it the owner issued a personal cheque as a refund and kept the ring. She then cancelled the cheque and wouldnt return the ring until I had to get the Department of Fair Trading involved for her to return it
